Paul’s primary duty at Apple was to manage and train a large staff of highly skilled teachers that gave lessons to customers on how to best use their computers. This included everything from checking e-mail to editing motion pictures. Paul also has experience in video editing, graphic and web design, and audio engineering (he worked at Sony Studios before Apple).
Paul the Wizard’s main goal is simple: to help you get the most out of the technology you own. We will make sure everything is up and running smoothly and then teach you how to really take advantage of the wonderful world of Apple products.
Right now Paul the Wizard is available for at-home service in New York City and Westchester County.
